I know I have a focusing problem. I know that focusing a few > multitasking.Yet, I still multitask.
When I go online, I immediately turn on the music on Pandora, open multiple browsers and go clicking from one site to the next. Then I get frustrated I can’t focus on one task, or get angry at myself that 5 hours have passed, its past bedtime, and I’m shivering because computer usage weakens my circulation.
Hence, enter a list, a few things, deep thinking, discipline, and managing my energy. I’m signing off to make this recipe. I think it’ll be a delicious treat at the end.
