exercise, focus

Today I closed my eyes and biked for 10 minutes. I don’t think I’ve ever biked that fast/focused on biking while biking/practiced meditation and visualizing what I was going to do next. Before biking, I was going to fall asleep either from fatigue or post-dinner lag. Now I’m wide awake. Exercise is the way to go if you’re feeling drowsy and need to recharge.
