If I’m ever angry/upset/emotional, take these steps:
1) Take a deep breath. In out. Belly breathing.2) Draw a picture of your fingers (look at the wrinkles and lines)3) clean your room 4)write down why the situation caused you to become XYZ. How did the situation escalate to this magnitude? What’s an action plan to obviate the situation in the future? (specificity trumps generality)5) memorize some vocabulary…or go read the Economist to find vocabulary words to
