It’s a quarter into the year so its good to reflect and to recommit.
Good Habits: vitamin in morning (1st thing), treat toe nails (before bed), eliminate plucking of hairs (general)–attributed to God (i’ve had this habit for over 10 years)
In progress: 3 minute clean up of desk before any work day
Please continue: 3 minute clean up before working
Things to think about: Sleep Schedule, Procrastination, Eating as a method to deal with stress, Liking to Dwell on Bad things but not doing anything to prevent them
Habits: Set alarm and shut off computer by 12:00 AM to do Quiet Time, get up by 8:30 AM everyday (stop eating by 6 PM), run for 20 minutes everyday (ideally around 5:30), and prepare dinner everyday (therefore learning how to do it).
