note to self (priorities)

Whenever you feel upset, tired, or insert own bad emotion X, write down the list of things that are important to you, then circle the actionable items that could be completed today, then go do those things. Get some perspective. Whatever is upsetting you seems like the most crucial matter in the world at the moment, only to be trivialized or “why did i spent that time fixated on something when I could have done something about it?” mentality a moment later on. ¬†Seriously.
