note to self (to you on sad days)

Today I’m feeling particularly strong about myself as an individual:
1. Make sure you interact with ppl (if not the close ones, then go out to do errands and interact with the others) (hat tip: moodscope)
2. Realize that you are strong. And even stronger with a BIG and awesome GOD next to you.
3. Do something to correct the thing that is making you sad.
4. Do something concrete with immediate gratification/result (e.g. clean a small section of the room, read a section of the reading), etc.
