When you’re unhappy, you probably want to get happy right?
Well, here’s what you usually default do: cry, scream, get into loud fights with people.
Somehow, it usually doesn’t extinguish the anger. Today, I tried something different.
I ran outside when I was upset.
A good moral of the story: if you’re upset/xyz. instead of stress eating, do 10 push-ups, go run, immerse yourself in a Biblical reading, memorize some vocabulary words, memorize some Shakespeare, but try your best not to divulge into ice cream, mass carb consumption, crying, complaining, drinking, or other activities that don’t resolve the issue, doesn’t improve your life, and only prolongs the issue.
