cholesterol, sleep (?), exercise, diet, vitamins

Cholesterol dropped to normal range. Vitamin D normal (had been subnormal for many years):
Putative reasons?
1) more normal sleep/wake schedule (b/c of job)
2) continuous oatmeal stint
3) walking and running (during job)
4) Habit of taking vitamins during breakfast.
