Remember the 10,000 hour rule? It’s going to get stressful in about 7 weeks:
Therefore, now is the time to deal with stress—

-stressed: instead of eating sweets/carbs, going to smile and do 10 jumping jacks or 10 push ups
-instead of epilating/tweezing take a deep breathe and focus on reading.
