– Focusing on academic tasks only late in the day
– distracted by F-book, pint, and checking my email
– Going to bed late/not being able to fall asleep

E: You have the choice to consciously decide how you respond to things.
What to work on next week: Setting an end time everyday (11 PM) and working when its light outside! A regular sleep life = wake up 8 AM, stop electronics by 11 PM. stop eating 12-16 hours before you want to wake up; therefore if you want to wake up at 8 AM, then stop eating between 4 PM – 8 PM. Which means I’ll have to finish studying by these times.
