Week Review (09-01 thru 09-07)

+ exercise –> more focus immediately afterwards
+ socialized with others
+ some focus (appreciating the everyday, and focusing on the one
+ located a church (let’s attend tmr)
+ earlier bed time average (slightly)

– learning to calm down selectively (e.g. on examination)
– sometimes defaulted to the serious face
– irregular sleep
– more regular QT

next week’s goal (starting today): exercise ~4-5 PM (running), get tired by 11 PM, bed by 11:. Wake up ~ 7/8 AM.
