There are conflicting views out there. Which one did Sun Yatsen say:
Knowledge is easy. Action is hard.
Action is easy. Knowledge is hard.
I think it depends on the person. I would argue the former (e.g. people know smoking is bad for them, but they still do it.) However, I just did a recent study and I think I’ve come to conclusion that if there’s a brain-heart (therefore knowledge-action disconnect), this indicates that the heart does not know.
